• Volunteers must be ECB members, members’ children (born 2013 or earlier), or faithful attenders of ECB. (Exceptions require prior approval.)
• Adults serving in classroom roles must be ECB members.
• Please note that we will take into consideration where you would like to be placed, however, you will be placed where most needed at the time.

Younger teens (born 2012–2013) will serve as Floaters, rotating between departments to assist where needed and experience different areas of VBS.
Older teens (born 2011 or earlier) may indicate up to two areas they would enjoy helping with, though placement will depend on where help is most needed.
Your personal information will be stored on the secure Answers in Genesis (AIG) VBS website for the purpose of administering Vacation Bible School. Access to this information is limited to VBS administrative leaders.
Information may be retained until registration opens for the following year’s VBS. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request.
ECB’s Privacy Policy is available on the church website or upon request.
We plan to add volunteers to the ECB VBS WhatsApp Community to share announcements and department-specific updates during VBS week. This allows us to send time-sensitive reminders more quickly than email.
This is not a normal group chat. Volunteers will only receive general announcements and messages relevant to their area of service. The community will be deleted after VBS concludes.
Photos and/or videos may be taken during VBS and used primarily in a slideshow shown at the VBS closing program and the following Sunday church service. Because services are livestreamed, the slideshow may also appear on the church’s YouTube livestream. Photos may occasionally be used in church communications (e.g., website or annual report). Names are not published with photos.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please indicate below. We will make reasonable efforts to respect preferences, though this may be difficult in group settings.
