Thank you for your interest in serving at ECB's Vacation Bible School. These positions may be filled by ECB members/members' children (born in 2012-earlier) or faithful attenders of ECB. (Any exceptions must be pre-approved.) Requesting a particular area does not guarantee that you will be assigned there. Positions are filled as needed and will be confirmed by Berinda/Heidi via email. Adults - please note that only members will be able to serve in a classroom position.

Your personal information will be stored on the secure AIG website from the time of your registration until VBS for the following year goes live. Only VBS admin workers have access to this info. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting your request in writing. (ECB's privacy policy is available on the church website or upon request.)
We would like to add all volunteers to our ECB VBS WhatsApp Community. (This is different than a normal group thread.) Everyone in the "community" will see all group announcements posted by the Directors. Each department will have a separate section in the "community" where you will receive info about your area of service only so that you won't receive unnecessary notifications. This will be deleted at the end of the VBS week. We will still send emails as needed, but this is a faster way to deliver pertinent info in a timely manner. If you would like further information, please contact Heidi or Berinda.
Pictures and/or video may be taken of our VBS workers during the week. These may be used on the church's social media pages, YouTube channel and/or for online advertising. (This includes but is not limited to ECB's website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). Please indicate whether or not you are okay with your image being used.
